Orders can be picked up daily, from [10-4]. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
**SHIPPING**
Orders are generally shipped within [2-4 days] using USPS. We do not ship outside of USA at this time.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, unused, with protective seal, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty or skincare products).

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty and skincare products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELATIONS (less than 12 hrs)
Will be charged 50% fee.
LATE CANCELATIONS (within 2 hours)
Will be charged 100% fee.
NO-SHOWS
Will result in a 100% fee of service to card on file.
APPT CONFIRMATION
Appointments not confirmed 24 hours prior are subject to be canceled.
GIFT CARDS expire one year from purchase date. Please purchase MedSpa GC’s through the booking site.
AESTHETIC PACKAGES expire one year from purchase date.
SHADE PACKAGES expire 90 days from purchase date.
