Injectables are widely used and almost anyone can benefit from injectable treatments. The right injectable for you depends on the severity of the skin issue you hope to address and your personal preferences. We recommend a consultation if you are unsure on the right approach for your needs.
Injectables are NOT recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have certain skin conditions or have experienced allergic reaction to albumin in the past.

Every 3–4 months is recommended for best results.
Most patients see visible wrinkle reduction within the first few days of their initial treatment. If you have extensive, deep wrinkling between the eyes you may require increased amounts of tox for optimal results. Because the body eventually absorbs the injected material, repeat tox treatments are necessary every few months to maintain wrinkle minimization.

Schedule your treatment at least two weeks prior to events. This gives the treatment time to reach full effect and ensures any redness, swelling or bruising has time to heal.
-Discontinuing use of aspirin, ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatories for at least 3 days prior to treatment will reduce the risk of redness and bruising.
-Arrive to appt with minimal makeup.

-Do not massage or apply pressure on the treated area for 6 to 8 hours after treatment
-Do not lie down for 3 hours after treatment
-Avoid rigorous exercise, extensive sun or heat exposure, and alcoholic beverages on treatment day
-Avoid facials and saunas for 24 hours after treatment
-Try to exercise your treated muscles for 2 hours after treatment. For example, practice frowning, raising your eyebrows, and squinting. This helps work the product into your muscles.
-Headaches may occur. We recommend tylenol if you need something.
-If you have any swelling, you may use cold compresses 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off as needed.

What To Expect
Before treatment
Single most important thing you can do is stay out of the sun for at least 2 weeks! No sunbathing, sun exposure, or active sunburns.
Avoid medications that make you more sensitive to light, but always consult your doctor before stopping prescribed medications.
During Treatment
Treatments are quick and usually take about 30-60 minutes.
Skin may appear slightly red and swollen. This is a normal reaction.
You might feel a slight warming of the skin and mild discomfort during treatment.
After Treatment
Immediately following, you may experience some redness and/or mild swelling that’ll typically go away in 2–3 days.
You’ll be asked to avoid scented lotions, exfoliants, harsh topical products (such as retinols and glycolic acid products) for one week after.
It’s normal for freckles and sunspots to initially get darker and they usually flake off within one to three weeks.
